Welcome to my NEW OF page, created for the purpose of discussing and strengthening the mind, body, soul connection. My hope is for this page to be a place for people to come to feel loved, inspired, validated, and accompanied along their life journey. Some of what to expect: daily (for the most part) workouts, yoga, dietary advice, and many more tips and tricks I have learned over the years from being an athlete/dancer, a student of psychology, a mental health worker, a SW, a survivor of trauma, an oldest sibling, a lover, an empath, an old soul inside this human body, etc I am constantly learning and implementing new things (or re-starting old things) into my way of living to help with my healing process, and anticipate continuing to do so for the rest of my time on this earth. I spend quite a bit of time alone, but know deeply that I am always connected to everyone and everything... including you. I look forward to sharing this experience with you xoxo Goddess Wolfe
