Refund policy

Premium

Premium is bought up front for 1, 3 or 12 months, from $9.99 a month, and paid in crypto on our own BTCPay Server checkout. It doesn't renew by itself, so there's nothing to cancel: Premium simply stops when the time you bought runs out.

• 3-day money-back guarantee. If Premium isn't for you, ask within 3 days of paying and we'll refund it in full. Premium ends when the refund is made.
• After 3 days. Time already bought isn't refunded, but it keeps working until it runs out.
• Technical problems. If something we promised didn't work and we couldn't fix it, we'll refund the affected time.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your TastyFans account, with a wallet address for the coin you paid in. We refund the US dollar amount you paid, in that coin at the rate on the day we send it, normally within 5 working days. Network fees for the refund are on us. Crypto payments can't be reversed once sent, so please double-check the address.

Sponsored listings and ad credit

Unspent sponsored-listing budget can be refunded on request, in the coin you paid in, less network fees. Clicks already delivered aren't refunded. Ad credit given through the collaboration program has no cash value.
